Features of nitriding furnace:
1. The furnace tank, air guide tube and furnace internal components are made of 310S (0Cr25Ni20) heat-resistant steel material, so that the nitriding process is stable and has a long service life.

3. The German high-end integrated controller (PE or STANGE), hydrogen probe and high-precision flow control valve are used for control, and the nitrogen potential is used as the control unit. 4. The upper computer system connected to the integrated controller has the functions of process program compilation, process dynamic control, equipment operation status display, process curve chart recording, equipment alarm display and recording, etc.

You can also choose the nitriding control system independently developed by our company, that is, using a hydrogen probe to measure hydrogen and using nitrogen potential as a control variable to control the entry of ammonia and ammonia decomposition gas. All ammonia and ammonia decomposition gases in the furnace are controlled by mass flow meters.
