Large Tonnage Quenching and Tempering Production Line

The production line consists of a box-type heating furnace, a quenching tank, a fast cooling table, a three-axis linkage forklift and a fully automatic control system for the production line. The entire production line adopts centralized control, and all large-tonnage workpieces can be quenched without a tray. Several processes can be compiled on the touch interface, and all furnace data (including: furnace workpiece number, material number, operator, temperature, process time, etc.), alarms and process curves, etc., can be recorded. Operators can read and understand the current and historical data of the equipment at any time.
The box-type heating furnace consists of a furnace body, a furnace lining, a furnace door, a furnace door lifting device, a furnace door closing and clamping device, a forced convection system for airflow in the furnace, a gas supply control system, a heating control system, a safety shield and a maintenance platform. The equipment will automatically complete the entire process of workpiece entry, heating, insulation and exiting the furnace according to the compiled process program.

1. The equipment monomers of the entire production line are displayed in different colors, and the working status, process steps, basic position status, temperature setting value, and temperature process value of each monomer equipment are displayed at the same time.

The three-dimensional fork-type X-Y-Z three-axis linkage manipulator is controlled by PLC to realize fully automatic lateral movement of the trolley, longitudinal movement of the small trolley and lifting and lowering of the material table, completing the workpiece transfer of the heating furnace, quenching tank, fast cooling table and preparation table, the quenching process of the heating furnace workpiece and the loading and unloading of all equipment.

The quenching tank consists of a tank body, a circulating cooling system, a submerged forced stirring system, a liquid level detection device, a temperature measuring device, and a control system. Multiple groups of submerged forced stirring devices are installed in the tank (around and at the bottom). The submerged agitator installed on the side wall of the tank can adjust the stirring direction according to the flow direction of the liquid, and the fluid flow rate and flow rate can be adjusted through the variable frequency speed regulation of the agitator. The circulating cooling system is used to cool the quenching liquid, thereby ensuring that the quenching liquid quenches the workpiece within the controlled temperature range.

Normalizing table

The normalizing table is used for normalizing the workpiece after heating, or for temporary storage of the workpiece to be heated. The normalizing table consists of a material table, a support frame, a wind hood and a fan.
